My staff is highly qualified. But despite their qualifications, I run this company. I am no absentee leader. I mentor each staff member at Nolting Real Estate. Paige Knerr, my right hand, carries out the day to day activities that keep things moving smoothly. She is a Master’s degreed professional with a great deal of experience in both real estate and the business world. She has a keen understanding of people and negotiations. She is an invaluable member of my team who works with each of our clients one-on-one. Paige, a licensed real estate salesperson, also holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation with the National Association of Realtors.

My wife, Heather, works out of our home in Town and Country. She holds a Master’s degree from Washington University and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Because we are busy raising our three girls, we have decided to put together a home office that enables her to conduct business throughout the day. She is an expert MLS researcher. Not only does Heather understand the St. Louis real estate market, but she also has a keen sense for finding listings that match our clients’ needs. Heather works very hard to support our agents. In addition to working with me at Nolting Real Estate, Heather helps me with our personal acquisitions of Missouri Real Estate. We are committed to this industry not only as a vocation, but as a way of life. We purchase homes that are in need of TLC and give them the attention they deserve before selling them. We also have acquired a great deal of rural property in eastern Missouri over the past few years. To be an excellent real estate company, we must not only help others acquire real estate, but also invest in the products ourselves.

Pamela Wells is an expert in eMarketing. We may be St. Louis’ only gen-X real estate brokerage. As such we are committed to using the latest technology to market our listings. Our listings are marketed on the MLS, on various websites, by snail mail, by email, on blogs, by podcasts, by text message, and in many other ways. With Pamela’s help, we are able to appeal to those who are up to speed with the latest technology. Because of Pamela’s hard work, listing with Nolting Real Estate means your property will be marketed using the latest technology. Like all of our employees, Pamela is a St. Louis native. She holds a B.S. from Samford University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree.

Gwen Becker provides support to our agents by helping our clients with all of their relocation needs. She serves Nolting Real Estate’s customers as they set up their lives at their new homes. As a Warson Woods native, Gwen knows all the ins and outs of living in St. Louis. She is available to arrange for movers, help our clients set up lawn care, recommend cleaning services, and arrange for interior decorators to work with our clients. Gwen works hard to make the transition from a current house to a new one smooth. She holds a BS from Missouri State University and has worked in accounting and office management for 10 years.

Roger Nolting is our land specialist. He assists customers who are looking for land on which to build their dream houses. In the past ten years, Roger has sold more than $50 million in homesites. He is truly an expert. Roger, educated as an engineer (BS and MS from Washington University), is skilled in both home placement and home design. Working in concert with Heather and Paige, he helps our clients find the best property for their custom home.

Edward Slawin is a St. Louis native and a homeowner in Ballwin. He has a BA from St. Louis University and a MEd from Washington University in St. Louis. He has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and specializes in the sale of development properties.

Kelly Wallace is a St. Louis native. She holds a BA from Baptist Bible College in Southern Missouri. Kelly is a certified residential real estate appraiser and a licensed real estate salesperson. Formerly, she worked for more than 24 years in the residential mortgage industry. Currently, she serves as both a listing and buyer’s agent for Nolting Real Estate.

I am also a St. Louis native and a homeowner in Town and Country. I received my BA from Miami University and my MA from St. Louis University. Currently, I am enhancing my education by pursuing further graduate studies toward an MBA degree. For the past 10 years, I have been a licensed real estate broker. As President of Nolting Real Estate, I have increased annual sales from my predecessor by more than 300%. By focusing on excellent client service and cutting edge technology, I seek to maintain a client base that not only uses Nolting Real Estate for its purchases and sales but also refers clients to the business.
