1. In order to best sell your home you must "stage" it. As spoken of in previous blogs you must create curb appeal, get rid of personal items and give appropriate upgrades as needed.

2. There are numerous loan programs that allow buyers to get a loan for less then 20% down.

3. Sometimes closing costs can be negotiated as part of the contract.

4. All of the interest you pay toward your home mortgage is tax deductible.

5. Most lenders require a title insurance policy on the property.
