You should be stressed...!...?

Quick!, we only have a few days left to wonder what might happen when Hwy 40/64 closes. We've got to only a few hours left to complain about the possibilities. It's a great time to grab a couple of articles from local publications that attempt to predict the horrors we may face.

The situation is real -- it's gonna happen. I just saw all the new stripes on eastbound 40 as you approach Ballas. It's almost here! AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.

My plan is in place. I've got loads of audiobooks downloaded to my iPod. I've ordered more to be shipped in from Amazon.com. I've got novels I've never read, business stand-bys that never made it to my nightstand, self-help books that have been collecting dust on my shelves. All digital and ready for a listen.

Moreover, I've got a few relaxation standbys. I love David Lanz. His piano music can calm even the most restless soul. I'm ready to do battle with MoDOT and with my fellow citizens. I'm looking forwarded to the months ahead.
