A great way to preserve an abandoned building

I visited the Abbey in Lafayette Square a few months back and I was utterly impressed. I have for many years enjoyed looking at the old Lafayette Park Presbyterian Church. Saddened at its abandonment, I appreciate the hard work that was put into the beautiful structure. If you are in the market for a condo, give me a call and I will show it to you.

Pricing Your Home Is As Much Art As Science

Pricing your home in today's market can be more difficult than it would seem. In some regions, a house may not be worth as much today as it was a year ago. And sellers are often frustrated when their homes won't sell for top dollar. Over-pricing your home can leave it sitting on the market for longer than you expected, so starting out with a smart price is important. A Realtor can give you valuable imput in pricing your home.
