A new loan program

I am fascinated by this new loan program. It allows you to directly deposit your paycheck to your mortgage holder. This money immediately reduces your principal balance. You can then spend your paycheck throughout the month as if you were using your traditional checking account.

The advantage? Your interest for the mortgage is calculated based on your average daily balance. Therefore, interest will be less because your paycheck will reduce your average daily balance.
